Filter the job list by field, language or country, or start from the platform grades.
You sign up with the platform, not with us. Each job page lists the steps first, so you know about the AI interview or unpaid test before you start.
Once you pass, tasks show up in the platform's dashboard. You work when you want and get paid on its schedule, usually by Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer.
Every listing comes from the platform's own job board. Last refresh: November 6.
No platform pays for a better grade or score. Top picks come from a public formula.
One click to the platform's own page. No sign-up with Rubric.
Posts over a year old stay listed, marked with their age, but never count toward open jobs or pay figures.
It is paid work teaching AI models to give better answers. You write prompts, rate or rank a model's replies, fix wrong answers, or write the ideal answer yourself. AI labs buy this work through platforms such as Mercor, micro1 and Outlier, which hire contractors to do it from home.
Yes, the main platforms are real companies that pay real money, but the work is contract work with no guarantees. Projects end without warning, and some platforms are slow to pay or rarely give new people tasks. Anyone who asks you to pay a fee, buy a "starter kit" or move the chat to Telegram is a scammer, not a platform.
Top rates on Rubric's open listings run from $3 to $450 an hour, and the typical top rate is $70/hr: half of the 1,713 listings that state an hourly rate offer that or more. General writing and rating sits at the low end; coding, medicine, law and finance experts get the top rates. You are usually paid only for hours you log on tasks, not for the application or unpaid tests.
Yes. Mercor, micro1, Turing, Outlier, Alignerr and Invisible accept people from most countries, including India, though some individual projects are limited to the US or other countries. 314 of today's listings are open to people in India. Check each platform's country rules before you spend an hour on its test.
A fixed formula, the same for every listing: how the top hourly rate compares with the typical top rate, how recently it was posted, our payout and steady-work grades for the platform, and who can apply. Listings with no stated pay lose points. Nobody pays to be picked.
Not for general work. Writing, rating and language jobs mostly want strong English (or another language) and care with detail, and you prove that with a test. Expert jobs in coding, medicine, law or science usually ask for a degree or work experience in that field, and they pay much more because of it.
